By booking an appointment with Total Hair Fitness, you agree to the following:

Appointments

A consultation may be required for new hair extension clients.

Cancellations

Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a fee.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled.

Hair Extensions

All hair extension purchases and custom hair orders are final sale.

Clients are responsible for following recommended maintenance and home care instructions.

Color Services

Results may vary depending on your hair’s condition, previous color history, and other factors.

Refunds

No refunds are provided on services, hair purchases, or custom orders.

If you have concerns about your service, please contact us within 7 days.

Payment

Payment is due at the time services are completed.

Photos

Before and after photos may be taken for salon marketing and educational purposes. Please let us know if you prefer not to be photographed.
